At MCYS we have learned over the years that the owners of a property in Mallorca need several services, such as professional cleaning of their property,  maintenance in proper conditions, control of the condition of the property (specially important for non.-residents) through periodical visits to the property, issuing a report proving the checkings done, finding the appropriate professionals required for specialized services, as well as different formalities, such as presentation of vehicles to the car technical inspection, filling-up car tank, and, generally speaking,  all we have seen that the owners require to have available to ensure that their dwelling, premises, car or boat in Mallorca are  not a problem or a matter of concern.
